Brandon Baron

Brendan Baron

Brandon’s role as a principal of BFC Partners ranges across multiple disciplines – from development to project oversight. Brandon has spearheaded numerous design and development efforts, and in many cases seen these same projects through as leader of the teams tasked with fulfillment of sponsor or ownership responsibilities, all the way through conversion or stabilization. He has integrally managed many of BFC’s not-for-profit partnerships with community groups such as Crown Heights Jewish Community Council or Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement in joint ventures over the past two decades to create low-to-moderate income home ownership and rental projects through the city. He continues to play this role through many of BFC’s up to the minute projects including Toren, Jupiter 21 and 7 Dekalb at City Point.
