Tint Tint is the Vice President, U.S. Integration, Separation and Transition at Bayer,
leading the integration of Monsanto, and supporting function cost optimization initiatives
in the U.S.
During her 20+ years with Bayer, Tint Tint has built extensive international experience in
leading major change programs and digital transformation in Germany, the U.S. and
China. She led the first Finance and Controlling SAP implementation for several
European countries and led a project to set up the Accounting Shared Service Center
after a large healthcare acquisition. She served as Controller for Bayer Consumer
Health in China during the acquisition of Merck’s OTC business and a manufacturer of
Chinese traditional medicine. She also led a team of 80 sales representatives in
managing more than 500 distributors in China.
Prior to joining Bayer, Tint Tint worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers and completed her
CPA certification in Singapore.
Tint Tint is a Malaysian-born Chinese who has lived in five countries on four continents.
She advocates for diversity and inclusion, particularly for women who aspire to be in
leadership positions in business. She has been an active volunteer with the Healthcare
Businesswomen Association (HBA) since 2009 and is the HBA Chapter President for
Northern New Jersey. Tint Tint earned her degree in economics from the University of
Monash, Melbourne Australia.
